Reading is Fundamental (RIF) is a program which distributes books to approximately 1,350 second grade students in the Champaign-Urbana area schools. This project is helped financially by the Federal Government and uses matching club funds. Project opportunities include book selection, preparation of motivational materials, stamping and sorting of books, and distribution to the schools two times a year (Fall & Spring).
